World's Oldest Christmas Tree Factory
As the world's oldest remaining artificial Christmas tree manufacturer, Oncor has been producing unlit artificial Christmas trees since 1980. We offer eco-friendly Christmas trees made from recycled PVC plastic with industry-leading product lives of 30 or more years.
All Oncor Christmas trees are made of 100% recycled PVC plastic derived from recycling packaging material, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels in the production process and reusing a readily available material. All our trees are made from non-toxic recycled PVC with tin-based stabilizers instead of lead.
Balancing business with environmental sustainability, Oncor Recycled Trees is committed to continually reinvesting making our business more environmentally sustainable.
Our trees undergo third-party laboratory testing under strict EN and US CPSC standards for toxic elements and flammability. In addition, we conduct internal testing for toxic elements at least 10 times each production day using our XRF Analyzer to ensure the safety of our materials, parts, and trees. Consumers may request a copy of the latest results at any time.
Using the best quality raw materials and tree parts, our highly-skilled colleagues craft all Oncor trees to have a minimum 30-year product life.
All Oncor tree trunks are made with our unique paint-coating technology to prevent rust on metal pipes and all wire branches for at least 30 years. Between Christmases, Oncor green boxes are made from strong recycled material cardboard for consumers to continually reuse for Christmas tree storage.
Being responsible for our planet, Recycled® Trees are eco-friendly.
